  • How does per-seat pricing work?

    You pay a fixed monthly price for each user (seat) in your workspace. Adding a user mid-cycle generates a prorated charge; removing one generates a prorated credit on your next invoice.

  • Can I change my plan later?

    Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time — the price difference is prorated and applied immediately. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle.

  • Is there a free trial?

    We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. Your card is saved but not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then for free.

  • What counts as a lot?

    A lot is any vehicle listed for auction within your workspace during a given calendar month.

  • How does multi-tenancy work?

    Each company gets their own isolated workspace with separate users and data. You can manage multiple companies under one Auction Lot Manager account.
