Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to get started.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be billed again after the current billing period ends.

We offer three plans: Starter (£49/month) for independent dealers, Pro (£149/month) for growing dealerships, and Enterprise with custom pricing for large organisations. All plans include a 14-day free trial.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within your workspace settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

A lot is any vehicle listed for auction within your workspace during a given calendar month. Archived or cancelled lots still count toward your monthly total.

Annual billing is available on request and includes two months free compared to monthly billing. Contact us to set this up for your account.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also be invoiced directly — contact us to arrange this.

Each company on Auction Lot Manager gets their own isolated workspace with a unique subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.auctionlotmanager.com). Tenants cannot access each other's data — all lot, user, and bid data is fully isolated at the database level.

Yes. Data isolation between tenants is a core architectural guarantee. Your users, lots, and auction data are never shared with or accessible by other tenants on the platform.

Auction Lot Manager supports all modern browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.

Yes. Enterprise plan customers have access to our REST API for custom integrations. API documentation is available on request. Contact us to discuss your integration needs.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard authentication, and access to production systems is strictly controlled. Full details are available in our security documentation on request.

Your workspace is ready immediately after sign-up. The setup process takes around five minutes — choose a subdomain, create your admin account, and enter your payment details. Your team can be invited the same day.

All plans include email support during onboarding. Pro and Enterprise customers get priority support, and Enterprise includes dedicated onboarding assistance from your account manager.

Yes. We support bulk lot upload via CSV on Pro and Enterprise plans. If you have a large dataset or a specific import format, contact us and we can discuss the best approach.
